    Hallo NerdsHeavenTeam und Fangemeinde,
    Ich habe im November 2019 auf Aliexpress ein Handy bestellt. Und zwar Doogee S68 Pro.
    Aber nach 3 drei Tagen hat es leider plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert. Ich habe es gleich reklamiert. Dann wurde mir vom Suppertmitarbeiter gesagt, ich solle das Androidsystem neu starten, indem ich die Powertaste und Volum-up-Taste gleichzeitig drücke. Das habe ich auch gemacht und das Handy hat erstaunlicherweise funktioniert. Aber nach ca. einer Woche hat das Handy den Geist wieder aufgegeben und funktioniert seitdem dann nicht mehr. Ich habe dann das Problem dem Support nochmal geschildert. Daraufhin wurde mir gesagt, dass ich das Handy nach China zur Reparatur schicken kann.
    Ich war daraufhin bei der Post. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Post Handys mit festeingebautem Akku als Gefahrgut gelten und somit nicht ins Ausland und schon gar nicht nach China versendet werden können. Das Problem mit der Retoure habe ich dem Support dann geschildert. Der Supportmitarbeiter sagte mir im Chat, dass deren Polenlager zurzeit umgezogen wird und vorübergehend keine Retouren annehmen kann. Und seitdem habe ich vom Support keine Nachricht bekommen, obwohl ich mehrmals geschrieben und um eine Antwort gebeten habe. Einen Streitfall kann ich leider nicht mehr eröffnen, da die Frist dafür abgelaufen ist.
    Ich weiß nicht mehr, was ich noch machen kann um den Kaufpreis über 180 Euro nicht endgültig als Totalschaden zu betrachten.
    Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich in dieser Sache noch machen könnte?
    Ich wäre sehr dankbar für eure Hilfe.

    Hello, I presume the phone has an production defect. when pressing the power button it does not start. the sceen remains dark. I am sure the battery is not empty because before the phone has been charged for at least 2 houres. I suppose a few spots of water has have fallen on the phone and probably entered inside it even all slots/interfaces were covered.
